Enrolment guide
Before you can start your course you will need to have attended an interview and then enrol, which will confirm your place. If you have had an interview already you will have been given a date to enrol on, which we advise that you attend.
However, we recognise that it may not be possible to come along on that day. You are welcome to come on a later date but please remember that places fill up fast and the later you leave it the less likely you are to get a place on the course of your choice.
Remember, you are not guaranteed a place on your chosen course until you have enrolled and received your student card and learner agreement.
When you arrive there will be an organised system of enrolling everyone on their chosen course. However, this can sometimes be a long process and we ask all students to be patient during what can be a very stressful time. We will do everything we can to make the enrolment period as 'stress free' as possible and members of staff will be on hand throughout the day to answer any questions that may arise.
To ensure that you enrol as quickly as possible you are asked to provide the following items*:
- Exam results and certificates
- £25 Student ID Card fee
Along with one of the following*:
- Passport/Home Office Documents
- Birth Certificate
*If you are not aged between 16 and 18 and/or have not been a resident in the UK/EU for over 3 years you will have to provide extra documents. Please contact Admissions and Advice on 0870 060 9800 for further details on what extra documents you need when you enrol.
Once you have enrolled at the College you are told when your induction day is. During induction you will be given a timetable and allocated a personal tutor who will meet with you on a regular basis to discuss your progress and help you get the most out of College life during your time with us.
