The College may also respond to your application by making you a conditional offer. This may mean that you must first complete your current course and/or that you must first obtain certification of your English Language competence. Your competence in English, spoken and written, is an important feature of your application and is normally measured by the IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge tests.
