As part of the International Politics option, topics include:
• Approaches to global politics
• World order
• Global governance
• European Union and regionalism
• Conflict, war and terrorism
• Poverty and development
• Environmental issues

Entry Requirement
General A-Level entry requirements - Three GCSEs at grade B or above plus two further GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent). At least four GCSEs must have been assessed through examination, including English Language and Maths.
 
What are the additional entry requirements for this course?
Grade B or above in at least one of the following GCSE subjects: Citizenship, English Language, Geography, History, Politics, Psychology, Religious Education (full course) or Sociology and a good reference.
 
For entry to the second year of the A-Level, you will need:
AS Government & Politics at grade D or above, the entry requirements for the AS course and a good reference.
