Short Description
BTEC Certificates are level 3 vocational qualifications that provide specialist, work-related learning in a range of sectors. They are equivalent to an A Level AS qualification and are worth the same UCAS points as an AS. We offer a range of these qualifications in vocational subjects that you can use to make up your study programme. You may choose to study 1 or more of these subjects as part of an A Level programme (subject to availability) or tag them onto another Level 3 vocational course. You would complete the qualification in your first year of study.

Living in a digital age you will develop industry and employer focused digital skills such as Coding; 3D Computer Modelling; Website Design; Digital Communication and Digital Graphics and Web Animation for Interactive Media.
Access Method
Although the emphasis is on practical assignments, you will need to complete extensive research and produce written assessments in the form of contextual and evaluative log books/ portfolios.
Progression
Progress to a wide range of degree and other higher education courses, apprenticeships or employment.
All fees will be confirmed when you enrol onto your course. All students are fee assessed at enrolment
