Course Content

Hospitality and Culinary Arts
Short Description
You will develop your specialist skills and knowledge in pastry, bakery and confectionery work enabling you to work in a pastry section in the Hospitality Industry. You will study hot and cold desserts and puddings, production of biscuit, cake and sponge products and fermented dough and paste products.
Access Method
You will be advised at interview about additional costs for chef uniform and equipment.
 
Progression
Progress to Level 3 courses in Patisserie and Confectionery and develop your career.
