Employer Training Solutions provides a number of Apprenticeships which offer a structured training programme matched to the needs of your business. We provide Apprenticeship programmes that give employees and new recruits the opportunity to build on existing skills and to develop technical and vocational skills in the workplace. The programmes are designed to develop excellent skills essential for the success of any business and their employees.

We offer Apprenticeships for 16-24 year olds and for 25 years and above. For one day a week, your employee would undergo formalised coaching and training attending a programme that is tailored for your business. The training is always relevant, ensuring they gain the specialist skills they need to keep your business appraised of the current best practice in your sector.

All of our Apprenticeship programmes include Skills for Life training (including literacy and numeracy) as part of the programme that will help your employees to develop their skills and contribute towards your business effectiveness.
