Employer Training Solutions and Westminster Kingsway College awarded new Training Quality Standard in recognition of its work with employers.

Employer Training Solutions and Westminster Kingsway College have become one of the first London Further Education Colleges to be awarded the new Training Quality Standard (TQS). The award recognises the work of the College in delivering training and development and the partnerships that it has built with employers.

The Training Quality Standard recognises all of the different areas of training provided by Employer Training Solutions and Westminster Kingsway College. The Training Quality Standard is an assessment framework that was recently established by the Learning and Skills Council to provide a new standard for the certification of colleges and training providers working with employers.

Employer Training Solutions and Westminster Kingsway College provide workforce training at all levels, including professional development and management programmes, Apprenticeships, Skills for Life and Train to Gain funded programmes as well as bespoke and non accredited training.

Westminster Kingsway College is particularly pleased to receive the Training Quality Standard as it recognises the College's commitment to providing the very best training and support to employers and learners in the workplace. Through the hard work and commitment of our Employer Training Solutions team we have grown this area of work whilst ensuring a high quality and individualised offer for our clients.
