The Call Centre

The Course Information Call Centre provides a single point of contact for all aspects of course information.

The Course Information Call Centre is open from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The College Switchboard 0870 060 9801 is open from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The information supplied by the Course Information Team includes:

  • Range of subjects offered
  • Dates, times and length of every course
  • Basic description, modules or content of each course
  • Course fees

On average, we handle around 400 calls per day, 200 emails per week and written requests for information through the post.

During September enrolment the Call Centre handles up to 1400 calls per day and around 400 emails per week from courseinfo@westking.ac.uk.
