What made you decide to study at Westminster Kingsway?I first heard about Westminster Kingsway College from an industry professional who knew I was looking for somewhere to study. Some of my friends are also former students of the College who assured me that it was the best place to go.
What is your favourite part of College life?Learning new skills from our Chef Lecturers; they are so patient and they teach us up-to-date techniques.
What are your plans after College?I have just started working as a Demi Chef de Partie at The Ivy but I hope to open my own restaurant one day.
What advice do you have for new students?Don't be afraid to learn skills outside of your comfort zone.
