Quentin De Peretti, Foundation Degree Hospitality Management
Quentin was attracted to Westminster Kingsway because of the College's glowing references from industry professionals and the central location of his centre. Juggling work as a banqueting waiter for Claridges and his studies was difficult at times but a sacrifice Quentin was ready to make. His hard work has paid off as he has just been offered a position as an Assistant Manager in M64, a fine dining restaurant in his native Paris. Quentin said: "Westminster Kingsway is a small College which is great as we had a close relationship with our lecturers. We were never afraid to approach them with questions after lectures."
