"My great uncle cooked for Yuri Gagarin, the first Russian in space, so culinary arts is a family heritage. I've only just started my career and it is hard work but I love learning at Westminster Kingsway, so I'll happily get used to it." Marcus is a talented young chef who is currently studying his Advanced Chefs Apprenticeship Level 3 with Westminster Kingsway College, while working as a chef at the Crowne Plaza Hotel St. James in central London.
