Successful NVQ training for Compass Group at a very prestigious location

Employer Training Solutions, provided by Westminster Kingsway College, has been working with the Compass Group for a number of years to provide training and skills development in a number of different locations and in a wide range of disciplines.
A recent presentation at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst marked the completion of an NVQ training programme for a number of Compass contract employees in Cleaning and Retail. The learners are working at the prestigious establishment and have completed their assessments while they have been working full-time. Many of the learners are of Nepalese origin with English as their second language and were given assistance to complete the programme.
Nicola Bailey, Office Manager for ESS at RMA Sandhurst said: "This is a fantastic achievement. It is great to see so many team members gaining these important vocational qualifications.
