An
evening with Albert Roux
The Westminster Kingsway kitchens were
sizzling when Albert Roux graced his skills upon our
ovens. The evening, jointly thought up by Chef Lecturer
Peter Richards and Albert Roux, saw invited guests coming
to our Vincent Rooms restaurant for an extra special
treat.
The menu was designed by Albert Roux
prepared, cooked and served by 1st, 2nd and 3rd year chef
students from the school of hospitality. Albert Roux sponsored
the lamb, Scallops and Champagne.
The proceeds from this dinner will go towards the endeavours
of our chef students in competitions and events.
Keeping the School of Hospitality at the cutting edge
of the catering industry.
