Aminul Hoque was looking
forward to finishing his GCSEs and moving into central London to study his A
Levels when he heard about Westminster Kingsway College. He knew he wanted to
study in an environment that would prepare him for university so he decided to
enrol on the A Level courses.
Aminul said: “It’s a big jump from
GCSEs to A Levels but studying for them really prepares you for university life.
I am very pleased that I chose WKC to take my A Levels as although it was hard
work the teachers were all helpful and taught me just how much of a difference
it makes if you study in your own time.”
Having achieved 2 Bs and a C grade
for his A Levels Aminul is looking forward to studying Mechanical Engineering
at Queen Mary University in September.
He said: “I have really enjoyed
studying at WKC as have met some great people and got involved in a lot of social
activities. However, now that I have my results and know I am definitely got
in to university I am really pleased and it is a great way to round off my two
years at the College."
