Jackie Kushner
taught Art at a local comprehensive for 30 years, and
had previously been studying a day class in sculpture
at the college. She decided that she wanted to progress,
so enrolled as a full-time student at the Kentish Town
Centre. “It’s what I should have done all
along”, she said. Jackie especially enjoyed working
with the tutors whose “support and individual
expertise is amazing”. Jackie is very excited
about the road ahead, and is now studying a BA in Fine
Art at Middlesex University. She said that the course
at Kentish Town “changed my life and made me re-live,
using my skills in different ways”. Jackie said,
“It’s never too late to follow your dreams”.
