Refund Policy

01zero-one operate a 'no refunds' policy. However, refunds may be considered inf any of the following circumstances exist:

The college terminates a course.  The college is not able to provide an advertised course. The college changes the time and location of a course. The college cancels an examination. The college recommends a student transfers to a course with a lower fee. The college has overcharged the student or assessed fees incorrectly. Medical conditions, certified by appropriate medial professionals, resulting in the student having to leave college or not attend a course.

To book a place on a course

For enrolment onto courses 01zero-one students must pay for their course in full. This can be done by credit or debit card over the telephone.

Alternatively if your employer is paying we can arrange to collect payment by invoice.

This payment is subject to the college 'no refunds policy'

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material contained in this website is either owned by 01zero-one Westminster Kingsway College or has been licensed to the Company by the rights owners. The website contains trademarks, including the 01zero-one name and the name and logo of Westminster Kingsway College. Use of these trademarks is forbidden unless prior written permission has been obtained from the owner of the trademark. You may not create a database by systematically downloading substantial parts of the website.
