Aims and Objectives

Our Key Stage 4 provision aims to:

  1. Meet the DfE, Local Authority and schools’ requirements for Alternative Provision
  2. Re-engage young people disapplied from the National Curriculum at Key Stage 4
  3. Motivate young people to achieve and progress
  4. Progress students from Year 10 into Year 11, and in turn onto Further Education, employment or an Apprenticeship

Students choose subject areas according to their interests, abilities, and intended career aims. An individual learning plan is prepared and carried out within well equipped workshops and classrooms.

Admission to Key Stage 4 is by referral from schools and agencies only.
