The course is designed to provide experiences that reflect the current world of work, and also what it is going to become. Students will learn how to critically evaluate management models and theories to support logical decision- making, which will result in high performance. To do this, students will be challenged to solve complex problems and apply a range of skills and techniques to create new knowledge that will act as a springboard to succeeding in the world of business.

Students will also build their employability skills through a variety of forms, including case studies, analysis and guest speakers who bring contemporary industry expertise. The programme offers residential and day fieldtrips to employers, to experience and consider specific roles in the workplace. In addition, full time students are encouraged to undertake voluntary internships or voluntary work.
