About The Course

Our Level 2 in Patisserie and Confectionery has been designed to build on your basic knowledge of pastry, baking and confectionery, enhancing your skills.

What Will I Study?

Topics covered can include:

  • Fermented Dough
  • Pastry
  • Biscuit, Cake and Sponge
  • Hot and Cold Desserts

What Will I Need?

You will need:

  • A reference from your employer
  • A good understanding of English

All applicants must have an initial assessment and interview to confirm that the course is suitable for them.

How Will I Be Assessed?

The course is assessed throughout with practical assignments and written tests.
