About the Course
You will develop your specialist skills and knowledge in pastry, bakery and confectionery work enabling you to work in a pastry section in the Hospitality Industry.
What you will study
You will study hot and cold desserts and puddings, production of biscuit, cake and sponge products and fermented dough and paste products.
Continual assesment throughout the programme of study.
Progress to Level 3 courses in Patisserie and Confectionery and develop your career.
Applicants must be employed in the catering industry and already have completed the Level 1 course or equivalent.
You will be advised at interview about additional costs for chef uniform and equipment.
