Chef Lecturer and Game expert
"The game seminars were started several years ago as an original event to give chefs a clearer understanding of the range of game available in the UK. It was the first and is the best event of its kind covering all the major game species in the UK including all six deer species. Game is one of our only truly seasonal ingredients that chefs can look forward to when in season."
