The whole tuition fee is payable in advance for international students.
Methods of Payment
Pay to Study (PTS)
The most effective method of payment is through the Pay to Study (PTS) Service. The PTS System is a free service, which means that no bank charges will be added to your transfers, and offers significantly beneficial exchange rates. By using this system you are able to pay in your home currency at your choice of local bank, so there is no need to buy Sterling from your bank prior to transferring. All payments can be tracked 24 hours a day online. Therefore you will not need to contact the College to confirm whether or not we have received payment. All visa authorities now accept PTS receipts as a means of evidencing payment of tuition fees. You will need to add the confirmation of payment receipt to your visa application.

Westminster Kingsway College can only accept payment by this method if the payment is made in person at the college.
Electronic Bank Transfer
To pay by Electronic Bank Transfer you must fax a copy of the Electronic Bank Transfer remittance to the International Office at the College. Banks usually charge a fee for this service and you must take this into account when calculating the sum transferred. Money transfers should be paid to the College tuition fee account:

Westminster Kingsway College has a ‘no refunds’ policy. However, refunds may be considered if any of the circumstances outlined in the College’s Refund Policy has been met. Contact the Learner Consultants team at the College for a copy of the Refund Policy or click here for more details.
The College will refund any tuition fees paid to the College where a student has applied for a Tier 4 visa in good faith but this application has been refused.
- The applicant must notify the college of this within 1 week of receiving notification and provide a copy of the refusal letter from the Home Office
- An administration fee of £100 will be deducted from refunds for visa refusals
Where a student’s visa application is refused, and the reason for this relates to incorrect or false information supplied as part of the student’s application to the college or as part of their visa application, no refund will be given.
Where a student’s visa application is refused and the reason for this relates to the student failing to follow instructions or advice given to them by the college, no refund will be given.
If a visa is obtained, but the student decides not to study with Westminster Kingsway College, the tuition fee will not be refunded.
