Offering two distinctive dining experiences, the best in contemporary cuisine is freshly prepared by our second and third year chef students, under the supervision of experienced chef lecturers, while the front-of-house service is delivered by students and their lecturers.

This award-winning fine dining training restaurant offers a set tasting menu with a vegetarian option, researched and compiled by the students and staff to celebrate different cuisine styles and festive themes. Creating inspirational dishes using seasonal ingredients is its forte, reflecting current themes and new techniques while respecting the foundations of Escoffier’s philosophy.
